Week 48 ` Giving Thanks

Focus on Life... Only 5 weeks left including today's

Not being an American... this isn't Thanksgiving weekend.. So what did I have to give thanks for this week
The nice Canada Post delivery person showed up with my new computer!

So here is my "computer unpacking -  collage" including a picture of the 'postie's ' car backing up the driveway!
When did computers join the age of disposable commodities?

I know - they only seem to last a few years any more

Yay! A new computer is always a reason for celebration. That is until you have to move all your old files and programs. Looks like you will be having some fun this week-end!

Our last computer was generations old...in computer terms! Love our new one, hope yours is equally successful as our new one was.

I know - it's criminal how quickly they become obsolete and you need an upgrade!
Great photo-collage :)

I'm old fashioned and try to keep electronics to a minimum. My desktop which I've had for many years just got replaced this month. On the other hand my husband has to have the latest of any gadget as soon as it comes off the line. I swear every outlet in our home has something plugged into it. I think we balance each other out.

A new computer is wonderful. I hope it works well for you.

Oh yippee, this is definitely something to be thankful for. Especially if your old one was ready to stop - like mine was recently. And yes, they don't 'make 'em like they used to' anymore, do they?!!

I dread the day I need a new computer. I know it's coming sooner rather than later, mine is going on 6 years...

New computer! Yeah!!! I think one of our best holidays is Thanksgiving - most find something to be grateful for. I know Canada has a Thanksgiving, but I wonder if any others do?

Oh, fun! I'm a complete tech junkie, and would love that. Mine's just 2 years old so I'm hanging in there for a bit. New tablet coming soon though! :-)
